Dean Network For schools and agents
Connect schools and agents.
One open network.
Find partners, build trust and work together. Profiles, discovery, Trust Passports, agreements — and awards decided by members.
Five things members get.
- Profiles. Schools and agencies present themselves to the network — programmes, markets, seasons. You choose exactly what other members see — members-only by design.
- Discovery. Find the right partners by what they actually do — a directory you can search by programme, market and season.
- Trust. Every network booking carries a Trust Passport that either side can verify. Standing is worked out fresh from real bookings, honoured agreements and completed stays — so it always reflects the real work, and it grows with every good season.
- Agreements. Agreements live as data, signed by both parties and versioned. The price a school signed is the price its agents quote — Dean Agent prices straight from it.
- Together. Meetings scheduled for the fairs you already attend. Events, awards and recognition, decided by members — the community side of the industry, in one place.

A passport, not a promise.
A Trust Passport is a member's verified identity on the network — the legal entity, who may sign for it, and the accreditations, insurance and safeguarding cover behind it. Not a brochure page: evidence.
- Every piece of evidence is dated — and expires. An undated certificate proves nothing about today, so it counts for nothing. A lapsed one stops counting on its own, and the passport warns its holder before that happens.
- Standing is worked out fresh, never stored. A verification tier is recomputed from whatever evidence is current right now. When a document lapses, the tier falls back by itself — no one has to notice, chase or revoke.
- Freshness is measured at the weakest point. A passport is only as current as its oldest live evidence, so one stale document is never hidden behind nine fresh ones.
- Verification opens the directory. Search lists verified members by default — an unverified listing is exactly what the network exists to replace.
- It travels with the work. Every network booking carries its own passport, frozen at acceptance: the signed agreement and its version, the services, the price. The number quoted is the number confirmed, and either side can verify it.
- And the record it earns is arithmetic, not opinion. A member's track record is computed from those booking passports — published only once there is a real sample behind it, never as a single star rating, and free text is never scored.

Three tiers · earned, not chosen
-
01
Declared.
Self-asserted, and clearly labelled as such — the starting point, never the destination.
-
02
Document-verified.
Company registration and signing authority evidenced and checked — the network knows who it is dealing with.
-
03
Accreditation-linked.
Reserved for standing confirmed into the passport by an accreditation body itself — the highest tier the network recognises.
How trust is earned
Evidence, not stars.
-
01
Every booking carries a passport.
Frozen at acceptance and verifiable by either side — proof of the deal, always to hand.
-
02
The record builds itself.
Real bookings, honoured agreements, completed stays — a reputation built from work that actually happened.
-
03
Standing stays true.
Worked out fresh from the evidence every time, so what members see is always the real, current picture.
Open by design
You don't need Dean School or Dean Agent to join. The network speaks an open, signed contract — members using other systems are welcome.
